Breathing in a bag is against hyperventilating. It's what you do when you already have a panic attack and don't want to pass out.

Bounty's right. I don't remember exactly why it helps, but I'd guess something to do with making your hypercarbic drive kick in and restore a normal breathing pattern.

Your other question: I don't know much about yoga or what sophrology is, i just basically use meditation techniques from when I was more into Zen Buddhism.

They gave me shit and denied a promise I was given back in February that I could see the doctor if I paid half of my balance. I did pay half of the balance. The incompetent assholes didn't make a note on my account, so now they want $200 up front to make an appointment. So, I'll just stay in pain so I can have the hospital fit the bill when I inevitably go to the ER.

Hopefully I'll have a health emergency next year when I don't have health insurance so they'll pay tens of thousands because I have no steady income at the moment.

i didn't know the turbo had gone out

it upsets me on some level because this was the truck i spent most of 09 driving

and i had great pride in my uptime and quiet power outperforming every other unit

it's around 350k now tho so i guess it's due for its share of breakdowns now
